The first thing that you’ll need to know when ordering in bulk is that screen printing does involve a set up cost. Our team will prepare film, set up screens, mix inks and undergo test prints. Generally for orders over 50 units we would suggest screen printing as it may be more economical, particularly if it’s low colour artwork. The set up costs increase with each colour in the artwork and each print area. High volume and low colour is the way to achieve the lowest cost with screen printing. tshirts for sale
